Full Dentures
Also known as “complete” dentures, these are designed to restore all of the missing teeth in the mouth. The upper denture can typically achieve a bit of a suction cup style fit inside the mouth. For most individuals, the lower denture tends to float.
Partial Dentures
Known simply as a “partial,” this device replaces one to several missing teeth in the mouth. May be for upper or lower or both arches. Materials vary vastly and will be dependent upon your unique circumstance. Only professional licensed assessment can determine if an acrylic, cast metal, acetal, or flexible partial denture is right for you.
Immediate & Interim Dentures
Immediate dentures are received on day of surgical operation, and stay with you all the way until it’s time to replace them some years later. Interim dentures are received on day of surgical operation, and stay with you all the way until you are fully healed and it’s time for your brand new “final” conventional denture.
“Flippers”
A very common prosthetic in our world, many wear them and you would never suspect. “Flippers” are interim partial dentures, but society has become very accustomed to the shorter hand nomenclature. Flippers are aesthetic only, not meant for chewing function. They can be manufactured in a single day.
Specialty Materials
Gold Standard Dentures has a fully stocked and staffed laboratory on-site. We process other office’s cases because it is our mission to provide denture work to the gold standard. Implant Supported
Implants are dental restorations placed skillfully deep within your bone to assist with stabilizing your denture. If you are new to implants, want implants, need a new implant denture, or just need some maintenance done to your implant supported prosthesis, our in house lab is ready to serve.
